Pig's Ear was a family folk group that entertained audiences from the late 1980s to 2011, with a mix of carefully collected and researched traditional folk, self-penned songs and creative musical arrangements. Based in Kent, near the Sussex & Surrey border, in 2003 they started a small festival 'The Pig's Ear Folk Ale' at Markbeech, Kent which is still going today - folkale.co.uk
